Our management standards and practices have been independently certified to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard by NQA and to Safe-T-Cert Safety Management System Standard for the Construction Industry by CIF. We are CIRI registered contractor.
Project Environmental Certification
Castlebrowne is a proud member of the Irish Green Building Council (IGBC). The IGBC promotes sustainable building in Ireland and is the leading authority on green building best practices.
There is an increasing trend in design, construction and property management to deliver and manage properties that take into consideration environmental sustainability over the whole lifetime of the project. We have been recently working on projects requiring compliance with the most widely used certification standards in this area.
LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a voluntary rating system to certify sustainable buildings and neighbourhoods.
BREEAM is the world’s leading sustainability assessment method for master-planning projects, infrastructure and buildings. It recognises and reflects the value in higher performing assets across the build environmental lifecycle.
