Site 35A in Momentum Logistics Park - Official Site Opening

Today, Palm Capital and DSV representatives marked the official opening of our new construction site at Site 35A, Momentum Logistics Park, Ladytown, Naas, Co. Kildare.
We were delighted to welcome representatives from our client, Palm Capital, and from the end user, DSV, who joined Castlebrowne’s directors and our site management team for the occasion.
The project will deliver a modern logistics facility of approximately 11,300 m², including a 10,130 m² warehouse and 825 m² of office space. The building is targeting LEED Gold certification, reflecting a shared commitment to sustainable construction.
Castlebrowne is acting as Main Contractor and PSCS on the project. Our focus is on safe, high-quality and efficient delivery, working closely with our client, the end user and the wider design team.
