Warehouse Units 28A, 28B & 39 in Momentum Logistics Park

This project was a Design & Build contract, and Castlebrowne acted as the main contractor, designer and Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage. We worked closely with the Client’s Design Team to achieve LEED Gold certification.

The development includes:

• Construction of three warehousing units, 28A (3,340 sqm), 28B (5,623 sqm) & 39 (2,288 sqm), on two separate sites. Each unit includes a warehousing floor and ancillary offices, together with a reception area, lobby, circulation areas, plant room, tea stations, stores, WCs, and shower facilities for each building.

• Site entrances, HGV yards and site car parking.

• Provision of bin storage and recycling store.

• Provision of PV panels at the roof level.

• Associated site development works, including lighting, external plant, landscaping, and engineering works.
