Castlebrowne acted as the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage for this project. We worked closely with the Client’s Design Team to achieve LEED Gold certification for this project.

The project involves the construction of a warehouse unit with a three-storey ancillary office and staff facilities, as well as associated site development. The warehouse has a gross floor area of 3,847 sqm, with 459 sqm allocated to offices and staff facilities.

The development also includes:

• Construction of vehicular and pedestrian access routes.

• Installation of 3 dock levellers.

• 1 insulated sectional door.

• 25 car parking spaces (including 2 disabled and 5 EV spaces).

• Covered bicycle parking for 24 bikes.

• HGV yards and parking.

• Full site drainage, watermain, and utility services.

• Detention basin with grass base and banks.

• Hard and soft landscaping with lighting.

• Boundary treatments with round bar railings.
