Site 30 in Momentum Logistics Park

Rowan Tree Road, Momentum Logistics Park, Naas, Co. Kildare

This project is a Design & Build contract, with Castlebrowne acting as the main contractor, designer, and Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage. We are collaborating closely with the Client’s Design Team to achieve LEED Gold certification.

The development includes:

Construction of Unit 30A (3,880 sqm).
Construction of Units 30B1 & 30B2 (5,790 sqm) – This warehouse is splited in two units.
Each unit includes a warehousing floor and ancillary offices, together with a reception area, lobby, circulation areas, plant room, tea stations, stores, toilets, and shower facilities.
Site entrances, HGV yards and site car parking.
Provision of bin storage and recycling store.
Provision of PV panels at the roof level.
Associated site development works, including lighting, external plant, landscaping, and engineering works.
