Castlebrowne is acting as the main contractor and Project Supervisor for the Construction Stage of this prestigious development by Rohan Holdings. We are working closely with the Client’s Design Team to achieve BREEAM certification for this project.

The warehouse has a gross floor area of 25,332 sqm and a maximum height of 20.0 metres. The space is predominantly dedicated to the warehouse, with the remaining floor space accommodating ancillary offices and staff accommodations.

The development also includes:

  • 24 dock levellers,

  • 3 level-entry doors,

  • 4,025 sqm of car parking facilities, incorporating disabled spaces and EV spaces, and a sheltered bicycle parking zone,

  • 7,200 sqm of HGV yards,

  • 530m of in-situ concrete retaining walls, ranging in height up to 4.0m high,

  • all site drainage, watermain & utility services,

  • 3 attenuation tanks,

  • sprinkler tank and fire tender access road,

  • hard and soft landscaping, lighting and all boundary treatments,

  • ESB substation and all associated site development works.
