Warehouse Units 1 & 2 in Brownsbarn

Brownsbarn, Citywest Business Campus, Co. Dublin

This project comprised of the construction of two warehouse units with ancillary office and staff facilities and associated development.

Castlebrowne were acting as the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage on this project. We worked closely with the Client’s Design Team to achieve BREEAM certification on this project.

Unit 1 has a gross floor area of 8,156sq.m, including a warehouse area (7,397sq.m), ancillary office areas (362sq.m) and staff facilities (397sq.m)

Unit 2 has a gross floor area of 5,990sq.m, including a warehouse area (5,031sq.m), ancillary office areas (536sq.m) and staff facilities (423sq.m).

The project also includes:

the construction of vehicular access routes and pedestrian access,
109 car parking spaces and bicycle parking,
HGV yards and parking,
hard and soft landscaping, lighting and all boundary treatments,
ESB substation, sprinkler tanks, pump houses, and all associated site development works.
