The project comprised the construction of one warehouse with ancillary office and staff facilities and associated development.

Castlebrowne acted as the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage for Exeter Ireland Property on this project. The project achieved the BREEAM certification.

The warehouse has a maximum height of 16m with a gross floor area of 22,020sq.m, including a warehouse area of 20,167sq.m, and an ancillary office area of 999sq.m with staff facilities of 854sq.m.

The development also included the provision of new vehicular access to the site from Jordanstown Road, including two additional access gates, pedestrian access, 146 ancillary car parking spaces, bicycle parking, HGV yards, 4 level access doors, 30 dock levellers, access gates, hard and soft landscaping, lighting, site boundary treatments, ESB substation, plant and pedestrian access entrance at the southern portion of the site from the R120, and all associated site development works above and below ground.
