Castlebrowne acted as the main contractor and Project Supervisor Construction Stage on this project for Nocsy Ltd.

The project consisted of:

All site development works, including all services, drainage and stormwater attenuation.
Construction of new warehouse and ancillary offices, consisting of:
- 1,553 m2 (16,717 sqft) warehouse area, incl. dock leveller and level entry doors,
- ancillary staff facilities.
Construction of ancillary car parking and HGV marshalling/loading/unloading yard.
Construction of new site entrance, boundary treatment, paving, landscaping and planting.
